Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries you can select at checkout. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the European Union. Any different cost for a destination is shown clearly at checkout before you order.

Delivery times

  • Dispatch: within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Delivery within the EU: usually 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Denmark and Sweden: usually 5–7 business days after dispatch, to a GLS ParcelShop near your address, where you collect the parcel.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates; carriers can occasionally be delayed during peak periods.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Discreet packaging

Your order is shipped in plain packaging. The outside of the parcel does not show the product name.

Deliveries outside the European Union

For destinations outside the EU customs union (for example Switzerland), import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. Where we collect them at checkout, this is shown in the order summary. Otherwise, they are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Delivery problems

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days, or the tracking shows a problem, write to [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

The risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us until the parcel is delivered to you.
