How do I take Fortavel?

Take one capsule a day with a meal in the morning and a large glass of water – not on an empty stomach. A bottle holds 30 capsules, so it lasts 30 days, and we recommend taking it for 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each order is a single purchase: we charge you once, and nothing is ever renewed automatically.

When will I notice a difference?

That varies from one person to the next, and it depends on your diet, sleep, activity and general health. We won’t promise you a result by a certain date. What we do suggest is taking Fortavel every day for at least 30 days.
